THIS LOAN AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of the Effective Date between SILICON VALLEY BANK, a California corporation (“Bank”), RELM WIRELESS CORPORATION, a Nevada corporation (“Relm Wireless”), and RELM COMMUNICATIONS, INC., a Florida corporation “Relm Communications”; Relm Wireless and Relm Communications are sometimes hereinafter referred to individually as a “Borrower” and collectively as the “Borrowers”), provides the terms on which Bank shall lend to Borrowers and Borrowers shall repay Bank.
