This Subordination Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of March 28, 2024, by and between Excel Family Partners, LLLP, a Florida limited liability limited partnership with a principal place of business at ____________________ (“Subordinated Lender”), and GemCap Solutions, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with offices at ____________________ as successor and assign to Industrial Funding Group, Inc.
