THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered on October 13, 2023, and shall be effective as of October 13, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), by and between TEXAS PACIFIC LAND CORPORATION located at 1700 Pacific Avenue, Suite 2900, Dallas, Texas, 75201 (the “Company”) and CHRIS STEDDUM, residing at ___________________ (“Employee”).
