THIS AMENDMENT NO. 6 TO MASTER REPURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”), dated as of September 12, 2023 is made by and between WALKER & DUNLOP, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Seller”) and JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., a national banking association (the “Buyer”).
