You (“Grantee”) have been granted, this restricted stock unit (“RSU”) award (the "Award") by RumbleOn, Inc. (the " Company") pursuant to the RumbleOn 2017 Stock Incentive Plan (as amended to date, the “Plan”). This Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement (the “Agreement”) confirms the understanding between RumbleOn and you as of the Effective Date. The Award represents an unsecured and unfunded promise of the Company to deliver Class B Common Stock of the Company in the future subject to the fulfillment of the vesting conditions set forth in the Agreement.
