This License, Development and Commercialization Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated as of April 26, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), is made by and between Eli Lilly and Company, an Indiana corporation (“Lilly”), and ZB17 LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, having its principal place of business at 4225 Executive Square, Suite–600, San–Diego, CA 92037, USA (“Licensee”).
