Calamos Advisors LLC (the “Advisor”), as investment advisor to the Calamos Aksia Alternative Credit and Income Fund (the “Fund”), and Aksia LLC (the “Sub-Advisor”) as investment sub-advisor to the Fund, agree on a monthly basis to pay or otherwise bear the Fund’s operating expenses to the extent that the Fund’s monthly “Specified Expenses” (as defined below) in respect of each class of the Fund (each, a “Class”) exceed 0.25% of the average daily net asset value of such Class (the “Expense Limitation”). This agreement (“Agreement”) shall commence on the date first set forth above. Any such expenses paid or otherwise borne shall be shared 50/50 between the Advisor and the Sub-Advisor. This Agreement shall continue in effect for a period of three years. Thereafter, this Agreement may be annually renewed with the written agreement of the Advisor, the Sub-Advisor and the Fund. The Board of Trustees of the Fund may terminate this Agreement at any time upon notice to the Advisor and Sub-Advis
