This Master Services Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated February 27, 2023, is between Johnson Mutual Funds Trust (the “Trust”), an Ohio business trust, and Ultimus Fund Solutions, LLC (“Ultimus”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the state of Ohio.
