This First Amendment (the “First Amendment”) is made and entered into effective as of March 24, 2023 (the “Amendment Date”) by and between Cryoport, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), and Robert Stefanovich (“Executive”), a resident of Tennessee.
