This SIXTH AMENDMENT TO SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) dated as of October 4, 2022, by and among SERVICE PROPERTIES TRUST, a real estate investment trust formed under the laws of the State of Maryland (the “Borrower”), the other Loan Parties solely for the purpose of Section 11 hereof, each of the financial institutions party hereto and WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Administrative Agent (the “Administrative Agent”).
