SEVENTEENTH SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE, dated as of June 1, 2022 (this “Seventeenth Supplemental Indenture”), between EVERSOURCE ENERGY, a voluntary association duly organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (the “Company”), and THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A., formerly known as The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. (as successor trustee to The Bank of New York), a national banking association, as Trustee under the Original Indenture referred to below (the “Trustee”).
