THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED ADMINISTRATIVE AND ACCOUNTING SERVICES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made this 1st day of September, 2021 between Thompson IM Funds, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation (the "Corporation"), and Thompson Investment Management, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("TIM"), and amends and restates that certain Administrative and Accounting Services Agreement dated November 9, 2017, between the Corporation and TIM.
