This FORFEITURE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of February 15, 2022, is made by and between Signal Hill Acquisition Sponsor LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Sponsor”), and Signal Hill Acquisition Corp., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”).
