This INVESTMENT AGREEMENT, dated as of January 28, 2022 (this “Agreement”), by and among (i) VNET GROUP, INC., an exempted company with limited liability incorporated under the Laws of the Cayman Islands (the “Company”), (ii) VECTOR HOLDCO PTE.
