Each of NETSTREIT Corp., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), NETSTREIT, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (the “Operating Partnership”), and Bank of America, N.A. (“BofA”) and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association (“Wells Fargo” and together with BofA, in their capacity as seller of Common Stock (as defined below), the “Forward Purchasers”), at the request of the Company in connection with the Forward Sale Agreements (as defined below), confirm their agreement with each of the underwriters listed on Schedule I hereto (collectively, the “Underwriters,” which term shall also include any underwriter hereinafter substituted as provided in Section 9 hereof), for whom BofA Securities, Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC are acting as representatives (in such capacity, if and as applicable, the “Representatives”) with respect to (i) the sale by the Forward Purchasers, acting severally and not jointly, and the pu
