This agreement (together with exhibits and schedules, the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Nommi, Inc. (“Client”), a Delaware Corporation, and Dalmore Group, LLC., a New York Limited Liability Company (“Dalmore”). This Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) sets forth terms under which Wavemaker Labs, Inc. (“Company”) shall provide services to Nommi, Inc. (the “Client”). This Agreement is entered into as of the signature date below (“Effective Date”). Company and Client are referred to herein, individually, as a “Party” and, collectively, as the “Parties”.
