This COMMON STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of September 9, 2021 (this “Agreement”), by and among M3A LP, a Delaware limited partnership (the “Investor”), Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), and Ashford Hospitality Limited Partnership, a Delaware limited partnership (the “Operating Partnership”).
