The purpose of this letter agreement (this “Confirmation”) is to confirm the terms and conditions of the call option transaction entered into between [Dealer Name] (“Dealer”) and Bentley Systems, Incorporated (“Counterparty”) as of the Trade Date specified below (the “Transaction”).
