THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the "Agreement"), is dated as of the 8th day of April, 2021, by and between Teligent, Inc., having an address at 105 Lincoln Avenue, Buena, New Jersey 08310 (the “Company”) and Ernest R. DePaolantonio, having an address at 4 Krista Court, Mendham, New Jersey 07945-3134 (the “Executive”). The Company and the Executive are collectively referred to hereinafter as the “Parties”.
