CREDIT AND SECURITY AGREEMENT, dated as of June 27, 2014, among BDCA-CB FUNDING, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as borrower (the “Borrower”), the LENDERS from time to time party hereto, CITIBANK, N.A.
