This Membership Interest Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”), effective as of October 14, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and between D. Jones Tailored Collection, Ltd., a Texas limited partnership (the “Seller”), and Denim.LA, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Buyer”).
