This CPGO Plus agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between CalTier Realty Fund I, LP (“CTRF”) and Castle Placement, LLC (“Castle”). For valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, Castle is hereby engaged by Company (as defined below), to provide Services for a Transaction (as defined below). Castle shall be an independent contractor.
