THIS SIXTH SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE, dated as of September 28, 2020 between Brookfield Finance Inc. (the “Issuer”), a corporation incorporated under the laws of Ontario, Canada, Brookfield Asset Management Inc. (the “Company”), a corporation amalgamated under the laws of Ontario, Canada, and Computershare Trust Company of Canada (the “Trustee”), a trust company organized under the laws of Canada, as trustee, to the Indenture, dated as of June 2, 2016, by and among the Issuer, the Company and the Trustee (the “Original Indenture”, the Original Indenture, as supplemented hereby, being referred to herein as the “Indenture”).
