This CREDIT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into as of March 1, 2018, among ASHFORD HOSPITALITY HOLDINGS LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Borrower”), Ashford Inc., a Nevada corporation, formerly known as Ashford Nevada Holding Corp., a Nevada corporation (the “Parent”), each lender from time to time party hereto (collectively, the “Lenders” and individually, a “Lender”), and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., as Administrative Agent.
