RECEIVABLE PURCHASE AGREEMENT (as it may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time, this “Agreement”) is made as of February 19, 2020 (the “Purchase Date”), by and between Envision Insurance Company, an Ohio domiciled insurance company (“Seller”), and in its capacity as the initial “Servicer” as herein provided, and PART D RECEIVABLE TRUST 2020-1 with respect to Series A thereof, a Delaware statutory trust (“Purchaser”) beneficially owned, directly or indirectly, by Bank of America, NA (“BOA”) or a wholly-owned subsidiary thereof.
