This CREDIT AGREEMENT (as the same may be amended, modified, refinanced and/or restated from time to time, this “Agreement”) is entered into as of May 1, 2019, among IHEARTCOMMUNICATIONS, INC., a Texas corporation (the “Borrower”), IHEARTMEDIA CAPITAL I, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Holdings”), the other Guarantors from time to time party hereto, CITIBANKBANK OF AMERICA, N.A., as Administrative Agent and Collateral Agent, and each lender from time to time party hereto (collectively, the “Lenders” and individually, a “Lender”).
