THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of December 3, 2019, between 22nd Century Group, Inc., a Nevada corporation with its office located at 8560 Main Street, Suite 4, Williamsville, New York 14221 (the “Company”), and Andrea S.
