VOTING AND SUPPORT AGREEMENT, dated as of November 5, 2019 (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Aircastle Limited, a Bermuda exempted company (the “Company”), and the undersigned Shareholders (each a “Shareholder,” and collectively, “Marubeni”) of the Company.
