This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), is entered into as of [ ], 2019 by and between TIAN RUIXIANG Holdings Ltd, a company formed and existing under the laws of the Cayman Islands (the “Company”), and [ ], an individual (the “Executive”).
