This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), is entered into as of June 6, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Qilian International Holding Group Limited, incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands (the “Company”), and Zhanchang Xin, an individual (the “Chief Technology Officer (CEO)”).
