This Fourth Amended and Restated Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into on January 23, 2019, and effective as of January 23, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Melissa Reiff (the “Executive”) and The Container Store Group, Inc. (formerly known as TCS Holdings, Inc.), a Delaware corporation (“Parent”), and any of its subsidiaries and affiliates as may employ the Executive from time to time (collectively, and together with any successor thereto, the “Company”).
