THIS SUB-ADMINISTRATION AND SUB-FUND ACCOUNTING SERVICES AGREEMENT is made effective October 1, 2015, by and between Victory Capital Management Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of New York, (“VCM” or the “Client”) and Citi Fund Services Ohio, Inc., an Ohio corporation with its primary place of business at 3435 Stelzer Road, Columbus, Ohio 43219 (the “Service Provider” and, with the Client, the “Parties”).
