THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is effective as of May 6, 2016 (the “Effective Date”) by and among Supreme Industries, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), Supreme Corporation, a Texas corporation and the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary (the “Subsidiary”) (jointly, the “Companies”) and Mark D. Weber (the “Executive”). The Companies and the Executive shall be referred to herein as the “Parties.”
