This Transition Supply Agreement (this “Agreement”) is dated as of May 30, 2014 (the “Effective Date”), by and between GENZYME CORPORATION, a Massachusetts corporation (“GENZYME”), and AASTROM BIOSCIENCES, INC., a Michigan corporation (“AASTROM”).
