This AGREEMENT OF LIMITED PARTNERSHIP is entered into and shall be effective as of the , 2013 (the “Effective Date”), by and among Reef Oil & Gas Partners, L.P. a Nevada limited partnership, as the Managing General Partner, Michael J.
