This Guaranty (as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified in accordance with the terms hereof and in effect from time to time, this “Guaranty”) is made as of the 17th day of March, 2014 by Bunge Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Bermuda (together with any successors or assigns permitted hereunder, “BL” or “Guarantor”) to ABN AMRO Bank N.V.
