This SUPPORT AGREEMENT is made as of March 19, 2014 (this “Agreement”), among Brookfield Property Partners L.P. (“Brookfield Property Partners” or “BPY”), an exempted limited partnership existing under the laws of Bermuda, and Brookfield Office Properties Exchange LP (“Exchange LP”), a limited partnership existing under the laws of the Province of Ontario.
