THIS SUPPLY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of December 11, 2012, is made by and between BRISTOL-MYERS SQUIBB COMPANY, a Delaware corporation (“Supplier”), and THE MEDICINES COMPANY, a Delaware corporation (“Purchaser”).
