This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into this 1st day of January, 2013 (the “Effective Date”), between Ronald A. Pepin, Ph.D. (the “Executive”) and CELLDEX THERAPEUTICS, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) (collectively, the Executive and the Company shall be referred to as the “Parties”).
