occurring on or before the date of this Release of Claims, with respect to (i) the exercise of stock options to acquire shares of the Company’s Common Stock, and/or any subsequent sales of such shares of Common Stock; or (ii) the inability to exercise, or the prohibition on the exercise of, options to acquire shares of the Company’s Common Stock, and/or the subsequent inability to sell, or prohibition on the sale of, the shares of Common Stock acquired thereby; and (iii) the inability to purchase or sell, or the prohibition on the sale of or purchase and sale of, shares of the Company’s Common Stock.
