THIS GUARANTY (“Guaranty”) is given as of February 21st, 2012, to PAUL J. A. VAN HESSEN, an individual residing in The Netherlands (the “Lender”) by ROBERTS PROPERTIES RESIDENTIAL, L.P., a Georgia limited partnership and ROBERTS REALTY INVESTORS, INC., a Georgia corporation (collectively the “Guarantor”) for the obligations of NORTHRIDGE PARKWAY, LLC (“Borrower”).
