This AMENDED AND RESTATED CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-COMPETITION AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made as of this 23rd day of November, 2011, by and between Minntech Corporation (“Minntech”) and its parent company Cantel Medical Corp. (“Cantel”), subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively referred to as the “Company”) and Roy K. Malkin (“Employee”).
