THIS CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of the 25th day of October, 2011, by and among BEHRINGER HARVARD OPERATING PARTNERSHIP I LP, a Texas limited partnership (the “Borrower”), JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.
