This SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE (this “Supplemental Indenture”), dated as of October 27, 2011, among SCIENTIFIC GAMES INTERNATIONAL, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Issuer”), SCIENTIFIC GAMES CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), as a Guarantor, the additional Guarantors from time to time party hereto and THE BANK OF NOVA SCOTIA TRUST COMPANY OF NEW YORK, as Trustee (the “Trustee”), under the Indenture, dated as of June 11, 2008 (the “Indenture”).
