This DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT by and between PROTECTIVE LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY (“Insurer”), a life insurance company organized and existing under the laws of the State of Tennessee, on its behalf and on behalf of each separate account identified in Schedule 1 hereto, and INVESTMENT DISTRIBUTORS, INC. (“Distributor”), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Tennessee, is entered into this 16th day of June 2011.
