THIS AGREEMENT OF LEASE (the “Lease”) is made as of this 5th day of January, 2009, between and among I-65 CORRIDOR 1, LLC, an Indiana limited liability company with a place of business located at 9525 West Bryn Mawr Avenue, Suite 950, Rosemont, Illinois 60018 (the “Lessor”) and ACCURIDE CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation, with a principal place of business at 7140 Office Circle, Evansville, Indiana 47715 (the “Lessee”).
