The purpose of this letter agreement (this “Agreement”) is to set forth the terms of your employment with Aspyra Inc. (the “Company”). By signing this Agreement, you represent and warrant to the Company that you are under no contractual commitments inconsistent with your obligations to the Company hereunder. This letter may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
