THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT dated as of July 15, 2008 (this “Agreement”) is entered into among STANDARD PARKING CORPORATION (the “Company”), the financial institutions that are or may from time to time become parties hereto (the “Lenders”), which, unless the context indicates otherwise, shall include BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.
