This REGISTRATION RIGHTS AGREEMENT dated June 11, 2008 (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and among Scientific Games International, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Issuer”) and wholly-owned subsidiary of Scientific Games Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Parent”), the guarantors listed in Schedule 1 hereto (the “Guarantors”), and J.P.
