This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made, entered into as of this 17th day of July, 2007, and is effective as of August 6, 2007 (the “Effective Date”), by and between iPCS Wireless, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Conrad J. Hunter (“Executive”), and, for the limited purposes specified herein, iPCS, Inc. (“Parent”).
